Frequently Asked Questions

Why use a mobile bar business?

Kegger’s offers a big selection of cocktail/mocktail and the best part is you choose your very own signature drink for your event.  We custom craft our cocktails and mocktails so the sky is the limit.  This is a huge cost savings for our customers.

Why is it BYOB?

Wisconsin law will not allow a mobile bar service to sell or buy alcohol.  As the host of your event, you will buy all the alcohol that fits your budget and Kegger’s will serve your guests.  We will work with you on the serving guide for your event.  At the end of the event all unused alcohol is returned to you.

What type of events do you serve?

We love every type of event!  Weddings, Bridal Showers, Bachlor Parties, Celebration of Life, Cocktail Parties, Costume Parties, Tail Gate Parties, Outdoor Parties, Golf events, corporate events, Birthday parties.  Just about any type of event you can think of!

Where can you go?

Our Kegger’s Mobile Bar can go just about anywhere. Our mobile trailer bar measures 7ft wide x 12ft deep x 8.50ft tall. So, any doors or paths/trails that fit those dimensions, our trailer will cruise right on and out of.

Insurance?

Yes, we got it covered! Our bartenders are certified and insured.  Kegger’s Mobile Bar carries general liability and liquor liability insurance.  Copies of our insurance can be provided on request.

Do you need electricity?

Yes, we need a standard 120V outlet, preferably dedicated just to our trailer.  Don’t worry, if there is not reliable power onsite, we can bring a quiet generator.  We do need a level surface place to park our trailer with 50 feet of an electrical source is preferred.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We except cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay with a 3% surcharge.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Southern Wisconsin, Northern Illinois and Chicagoland.

Are your Bartenders Certified?

All our professional bartenders are fully certified, insured and trained.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A $250.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date.  Upon signing the contract, 50% of the contract price is due.  The remaining fee is due 30 days before the date of the event prior to commencement of services.  All deposits applied to package contract price.

Can you do a cash bar?

Unfortunately, NO, part of the reason this is all happening is because of licensing restrictions. Good news is you don’t have the extreme markups venues usually have. We can work out a plan to make your wallet and guests happy.
