The Supreme Package

Package starts at $1,800.00, prices vary depending upon the number of guests.

4-hour min, up to 150 guests

    • Custom built horse trailer bar
    • 2-3 Professional, Certified and Insured Bartenders
    • 2-tap handlers
    • 3-Signature Cocktail
    • 3-Signature Mocktail
    • Included in the package is our Coffee/Tea Station for 2hrs of self-service

NOTE: Beverage prices are NOT included in the rental fee.

Beverage Pricing:

Cocktails/Mocktails – $6.00 PP

Beer & Wine – $2.50 PP

Coke Products – $1.00 PP

EXAMPLE:  Base Price $3,100.00

(150 Total Guest Count) x ($6.00 per cocktail per person) = $900.00

TOTAL PACKAGE PRICE:  $4,000.00

The base price includes custom trailer bar, bartender(s) and all disposables and mixers used at the event.

Standalone Bar & Bartender (50 guests)

$845.00 for 2 hours for 50 guests

    Trailer Bar Rental

    $875.00 – Up to 3-hour min, $100 for each additional hour.

      • This includes 2-tps beverage selection.
      • Delivery charge and pick up within 30 miles of 53092, $50.00 charge. Over 30 miles radius $100.00.

    Self Serve Hydration Table

    $400 for 2 hours

    What’s Included:

    • 3- Glass container dispensers
    • 1-Water
    • 1-Lemonaide
    • 1-Sweet Tea
    • Includes:  Table for station, disposable cups and napkins.  Set up and take down.

    Self-Serve Hot Coffee

    $350 for 2-hour service

    • 1-Decaf & Regular Coffee flavor
    • Assorted Teas
    • Creamer and Sugar
    • Includes: Disposable cups, lids and stir straws, table for hot bar

    NOTE:  Bundle Hydration Station and Coffee Tea Station for a special price of $650.00.
